The 2022 Annual MIT Community Service Fund Used Book Sale returned to the MIT Open Space plaza in Kendall Square, behind the Bldg. E38 MIT Welcome Center. Staff and volunteers brought the love of reading to MIT and Cambridge Community members from the heart of the new Kendall Square gateway to campus! Thousands of books were donated by MIT community members and the sale raised $1,417 for the MIT Community Service Fund (CSF) to support MIT volunteerism and Cambridge and Greater Boston nonprofits.
Together with last year's proceeds, the Used Book Sale has just under $3,000 for the MIT CSF since relaunching in the Open Space in 2021. We are proud to be a part of the engine powering MIT ingenuity and generosity at work in our Cambridge neighborhood and beyond. We are already looking forward to next year's book bonanza!
