MIT Colleagues: Commencement 2025 takes place this year from May 28-30 and, as in the past, staff participation is needed and vital to the success of the celebrations.
Staff support is necessary – and vital – to the success of MIT Commencement. Among the staffing roles needed are those related to guest services, which includes ushering, translation, campus information, disability services, and generally ensuring that our guests enjoy these special days.
Due to the anticipated sizes of the audiences, staff members are especially needed for the three ceremonies in Killian Court: The School of Engineering & Schwarzman College of Computing Advanced Degree Ceremony on May 28, the OneMIT Ceremony on May 29, and the Undergraduate Degree Ceremony on May 30.
